helpful informationlocal items
the staff gave helpful information about local attractions upon arrival. they also explained how to negotiate prices. i appreciated that they reminded me to print boarding passes since the airline did not accept digital copies. the breakfast featured delicious local items instead of a typical buffet.
i found i could hear noises from other rooms.

Everyone on staff were really helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was interesting, I tried local foods, and they tasted great!
I could hear everything from the other rooms. It was slightly disturbing.

attentive staffmassage serviceswarm greeting
mohammed greeted us warmly and provided useful information about local attractions upon our arrival. when rain kept us indoors, we made good use of the massage services. the staff proved attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

the location offered easy access to many nearby sites. it is close to the souk. popular attractions are within walking distance. taxis are readily available nearby to facilitate travel.

the staff were very helpful. they provided a map and explained how to negotiate prices.
I booked a room. i received a totally different room than the one pictured. the shower did not drain, and the faucets were dripping. Old amenities are annoying
